ORDER INFORMATION

Delivery: All items are made to order and delivery times are subject to when the program closes, and/or facility production times.

Logos: All logos are pre-approved to meet your brand guidelines. Thread steps, color matching, and stitch counts are exact to preset guidelines. Contact your Gehring Promotions sales associate if you have any questions.

Order Quantities: Minimum quantities are determined by product type. The specific minimum is listed next to the product on the site. For special requests, please contact your Gehring Promotions sales associate for further details.

Checking Order Status: For each order placed through the website, we will immediately confirm receipt via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please contact us by phone or email us.

Order Cancellation and Changes: Once an order has been placed, the client may only cancel all or part of the order if production on the item(s) have not yet begun. Additional items may not be added to an existing order and items in the original order may not be updated pertaining to the size, color, logo, or decoration location. Quantities of original order items may be decreased, but not increased, if production has not yet begun. If additional items are needed, a new order must be placed. Items removed from the order will be refunded to the original payment method, if payment had been processed.

PAYMENTS

Credit Cards: Gehring Promotions accepts all major credit cards for ease of payment. You may also pay by check if need be. 

Sales Tax: Residents of CA, CO, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI are required to pay sales tax.
