RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Return Policy: Due to the branded merchandise process and customization, returns will not be accepted unless products are damaged, or logo decoration does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. 

Refund Policy: Gehring Promotions prides itself on the highest quality decoration standards. Promotional items are reviewed during several quality control steps before shipment. In the unlikely event that your logo decoration does not meet the highest quality standards, please contact us for proper resolution. No refunds will be provided without proof, and the original product is returned in full or beyond 45 days of receiving the shipment.

ORDER INFORMATION 

Order Cancellation and Changes: All sales are final once an order is submitted, so please ensure accuracy before confirming your purchase. If additional items are needed, a new order must be placed. Items removed from the order will be refunded to the original payment method, if payment had been processed.
